Kowi, Ribka
Widyanigsih, Tri Wahyu
Indonesia is the fourth country with the largest population in the world and rich of cultural heritage and local wisdom. However, the majority of Indonesian people are less caring, less knowing and minimum understanding about Indonesian culture because of the lack of facilities to provide information of Indonesian culture. On the other hand, Android development is increasingly rapid and free to develop. This is an opportunity that can be used to build a culture of learning systems to maintain the existence Indonesia culture in the eyes of Indonesian people. This research aims to create a system of Indonesian Culture Learning android based mobile application that can be used as a medium of learning Indonesian culture. The methodology of this development is using SDLC which starting from planning, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. And using Android Studio as the main program, Photoshop and Microsoft Paint for image processing, and DIA to design UML. Indonesian Learning Culture can display ten kinds of culture, that is: traditional house, traditional food, traditional clothes, traditional dance, traditional language, traditional music instruments, traditional song, tribe, handy craft and tourist attraction. Where each category shows an example of each of the provinces in Indonesia.
Keyword— Android, Indonesian Culture, Mobile Application, SDLC.

Simulation of Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) Coverage Prediction – A study case with Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI)
Shabrina, Nabila Husna
In this paper, DRM is applied for simulating coverage prediction in Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI). The proposed method is developed by simulating high frequency propagation from RRI Pro 3 transmitter with VOACAP online software. The simulation is undertaken in some different conditions. The variation of antenna type and transmitter power are observed in the simulation. The time of propagation also discussed to predict the coverage. The result shows that the variation of parameter influences the coverage result of DRM propagation in HF band. Changing the antenna type and time of propagation will make impact in the range of coverage while adding power transmitter gives insignificantly effect to the range of coverage.
Keywords—DRM, Prediction Coverage, VOACAP

Information and communication technology has been developed rapidly and affectedvarious aspects such as propagation of information and marketing strategy of tourist attraction. KebunBinatang Ragunan is one of tourist attraction in Indonesia. Aside from recreation area, Kebun BinatangRagunan can be a place to learn animals. However, learning animals itself tends to be less attractive and less interactive. Therefore, an application was developed as one of animal learning media to increase touristmotivation. The application developed in form of quiz game by using gamification like achievement to increase their motivation in animals learning and using Sattolo Shuffle algorithm in order to make quiz more varied. After testing, the application is known affect the Behavioral Intention to Use level around 76.96% and Immersion level around 82.43% in giving motivation and attracting tourist attention to use the application. Sattolo Shuffle algorithm successfully applied in application to produce a unique sequence of each randomized quiz.

Implementation of Sales Executive Dashboard for A Multistore Company in Yogyakarta
Santoso, Halim Budi
Sonia Putri, Priyanka Ayu
Oetomo, Budi Sutedjo Dharma
Information Technology is a part of strategic part for enterprise strategic planning. Information Technology can help the enterprise to determine its strategic planning. Through data from the past, thecompany can learn something and help to decide some strategic issue. A Multistore Company in Yogyakarta has more than five stores. The problem raises to generate real-time sales reporting. Sales manager and owner do not have access to real-time sales condition. To ease management analyzing and reporting sales condition, dimension model of the sales data needs to be built. This dimension model will help to make executive report from some dimensions mentioned in data warehouse. Sales data will pass through some processes: Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) in order to prepare the data warehouse. This process is preprocessing data before dimensional model is built. In this research multi-dimensional modelling by taking data from 3 stores ranging from 1 February 2014 to 31 January 2015. By implementing sales executive dashboard, it helps to monitor and analyze sales condition. Dashboard shows graphic which ease user, especially sales manager and owner to learn current and updated sales condition based on dimensions: time, outlet / store, and product. Report gives detail information and multidimensionalhelps to analyze data from different perspective.

Creating A Web-Based Online Flashcard for Korean Vocabulary Memorization
Chang, Marcia Juvanie
Kusnadi, Adhi
The Korean language is one of the most enthused language these days, mainly caused by the Hallyu wave. In traditional language learning techniques, flashcards are often used to help memorize simple syllables. Nowadays, online flashcards are used as a replacement for the traditional flashcards, which are proven to be more effective in many ways. However, the lack of use of appropriate methods to learn a new language will result in slower learning process. Therefore, by implementing a suitable method such as the Leitner method to an online flashcard will improve the learning process. The Leitner method sets aside the questions that can be answered easily and allows users to focus on questions that cannot be recalled consistently by distributing a set of questions in five different sections. Every question that can be answered by the user is moved to the next compartment, where the question will be repeated after a specified period of time. System usability scale is used to measure the usability of the application. This application has been successfully designed and built using the Leitner method to give the user the suitable interval of time for learning with flashcards and achieved a system usability scale score of 82,5.

Android Smartphone Remote Monitoring Application Using SMS Service
Pranoto, Hadi
Setiawan, Eko Budi
Android has been updating the system of every version it releases. The addition of Application Programming Interface (API) is done every time Google releases a new Android operating system. The availability of APIs for third-party applications provides opportunities for developers to be able to monitor Android smartphones. Just like Google Device Manager which can instruct Android smartphones over the internet network, however, it still has a deficiency that is if the target smartphone in a state of inactive internet. In this research, the author utilizes SMS media to be able to process instructions and access the system API for monitoring purposes. The results of this research is by using SMS then user can instruct Android smartphone to take photos, get current location, ring, delete smartphone files, set screen protection, and backup contact with higher messaging reliability. This application can run well on Android Lollipop 5.1 (API Level 22) or above because it has enough API to support system functionality.

Maximal Overlap Discrete Wavelet Transform, Graph Theory And Backpropagation Neural Network In Stock Market Forecasting
Rosalina, Rosalina
Jayanto, Hendra
The aim of this paper is to get high accuracy of stock market forecasting in order to produce signals that will affect the decision making in the trading itself. Several experiments by using different methodologies have been performed to answer the stock market forecasting issues. A traditional linear model, like autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) has been used, but the result is not satisfactory because it is not suitable for model financial series. Yet experts are likely observed another approach by using artificial neural networks. Artificial neural network (ANN) are found to be more effective in realizing the input-output mapping and could estimate any continuous function which given an arbitrarily desired accuracy. In details, in this paper will use maximal overlap discrete wavelet transform (MODWT) and graph theory to distinguish and determine between low and high frequencies, which in this case acted as fundamental and technical prediction of stock market trading. Development of Medical Record With Extreme Programming SDLC
Suryantara, I Gusti Ngurah
Andry, Johanes Fernandes
The XP (eXtreme Programming) model is best suited for the development of information systems projects that require rapid adaptation to changes that occur during application development compared to the SDLC Waterfall model. XP is also suitable for fewer team members and is in the same location in software development of medical record. Software development should be well planned, so that the software obtained quality and in accordance with the needs of users. The selection of the right framework will determine the success of software development, thus avoiding patchwork in application development. Step by step of research methods for medical record software are Planning, design, coding, testing and software increment. Studies conducted in this study include: library study, interviews, observation, document examination. Next do an analysis of the aplications made, and check the document to get a picture of the system created. This is done as an analysis and system design conducted by researchers. Selection of the right framework at the time of application development to bridge between the developer side and the user side, so that the developed application can be completed on time. In this research use eXtreme Prorgamming framework which focused on development of medical record, because eXtreme Programming more emphasis on software development and system design with CRC (Class Responsibility Collaborator). XP framework that every step always involves users, programmers, and parts of testing so that the applications created can be completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the needs of users.

Design of TTL Based Routing Algorithm on UTAR Network on Chip Communication Architecture
Khusnandar, Wahyudi
Halim, Fransiscus Ati
Lokananta, Felix
XY adaptive routing protocol is a routing protocol used on UTAR NoC communication architecture. This routing algorithm adapts shrotest-path first algorithm, which will forward will not be able to work optimally if the closest route no longer have enough bandwidth to continue the packet. Packet will be stored inside the router and forwarded to the nearest router when closest route has enough bandwidth. This paper suggest TTL based routing algorithm to resolve this issue. TTL based routing algorithm adapts XY adaptive routing protocol by adding several parameters on RTL UTAR NoC and additional bit in each packet sent by router. This additional bit and parameter will be used by TTL based algorithm as additional factors in choosing alternative routes inside the communication architecture. Use of TTL on TTL based routing different from use of TTL on communication network. Packets that carry TTL value that equal to Maximum TTL will be route using XY adaptive routing protocol. TTL based routing algorithm has shown better performance compared to XY adaptive routing on some of the experiment done using MSCL NoC Traffic Pattern Suite. This research also proves that TTL based routing algorithm cannot work optimally on small-scaled architecture.

Application Software For Learning CPU Process of Interrupt and I/O Operation
Halim, Fransiscus Ati
The purpose of this research is to have simulation software capable of processing interrupt instruction and I/O operation that in the future it can contribute in developing a kernel. Interrupt and I/O operation are necessary in the development of the kernel system. Kernel is a medium for hardware and software to communicate. However, Not many application software which helps the learner to understand interrupt process. In managing the hardware, there are times when some kind of condition exist in the system that needs attention of processor or in this case kernel which managing the hardware. In response to that condition, the system will issue an interrupt request to sort that condition. As the I/O operation is needed since a computer system not just consists of CPU and memory only but also other device such as I/O device. This paper elaborates the application software for learning Interrupt application. With interrupt instruction and I/O operation in the simulation program, the program will be more represent the process happened in the real life computer. In this case, the program is able to run the interrupt instruction, I/O operation and other changes are running as expected. Refers to its main purpose, perhaps this simulation can lead to developing the kernel in operating system. From the results of instruction’s testing above, has a result that shows that 90% of instructions are run properly. In executing instructions, simulation program still has a bug following after the execution of Jump and conditional Jump.

Snapchat, and Instagram are two social networks which recently gain their users after adopting such a feature called "Story" which allows a certain post to be disappeared after a certain time. This research takes up this technology trends analyzing the factors that probably affect the behavioral intention to use Snapchat and Instagram stories among generation Z. Factors are analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling, with basis model and variables from Technology Acceptance Model. Data collection was targeted to finished within 1 week using online questionnaire with respondent from Jakarta and Tangerang for 100 respondent that are using both Snapchat stories and Instagram Stories. There are two tools researcher usually use to analyze Structural Equation Modeling: SPSS AMOS and LISREL. In this research, researchers choose AMOS. From six hypothesis proposed for Snapchat analysis, four hypothesis is accepted, while the other two are rejected. Meanwhile, on Instagram Stories analysis, five hypothesis is accepted and one hypothesis is rejected. This study finds out the Social Presence is an exogenous variable which has a major role in affecting other variables. While Perceived Enjoyment influenced the behavioral intention to use Snapchat and Instagram Stories the most.

Open Sourcing Proprietary Application Case Study: KIRI Website
Nugroho, Pascal Alfadian
Natali, Vania
KIRI, a previously closed source project, is a web-based public transport navigation application that serves Bandung and other cities in Indonesia. It was originally made for commercial purpose, but relatively unsuccessful. Rather than shutting it down, we transformed KIRI to an open source project. In this paper we explain such process of transformation. First, we identified technical infrastructures required by an open source project by literature review. Then, we surveyed various existing open source projects in Indonesia in terms of their completeness in technical infrastructure. Based on findings from literature review and survey, we converted KIRI into an open source project. Finally, we checked final result of this transformation, to ensure everything worked well. There were some problems found after conversion, and had been fixed accordingly. Further research is needed to see if the open sourced KIRI can attract community participation.

Detection of Irregular Behavior in Room Using Environmental Sensors and Power Consumption of Home Appliances Learning in HMMs
Zhao, ShiJie
Sasama, Toshihiko
Kawamura, Takao
Sugahara, Kazunori
We propose a human behavior detect method based on our development system of multifunctional outlet. This is a low-power sensor network system that can recognize human behavior without any wearable devices. In order to detect human regular daily behaviors, we setup various sensors in rooms and use them to record daily lives. In this paper we present a monitoring method of unusual behaviors, and it also can be used for healthcare and so on. We use Hidden Markov Model(HMM), and set two series HMM input to recognize irregular movement from daily lives, One is time sequential sensor data blocks whose sensor values are binarized and splitted by its response. And the other is time sequential labels using Support Vector Machine (SVM). In experiments, our developed sensor network system logged 34days data. HMM learns data of the first 34days that include only usual daily behaviors as training data, and then evaluates the last 8 days that include unusual behaviors.

Novensa, Sheila Rizky
Munggana, Wira
The Qlue Community App is one of government’s effort to embrace the social media trend. Initial study of user experience showed that there are two things in Qlue App user experience that don’t comply with six design principles from Don Norman’s Design Principles. The two things are constraints and consistency. That was the reason for this research, to analyze and make a better version of user interface for the community service application based on the six design principles from Don Norman. Methodology used in this research is Task-Centered System Design (TCSD). The result of this research is an UI that have a constraint which is a warning page that appeared before user finished writing any report and wanted to go back to previous page. The second result is a consistency of all report writing process and interface including buttons and icons. The conclusion of this research is that the revised proposed user interface has solved the problems that appeared on the UI of Qlue application.

The Design of Mobile Indoor Robot Guidance System
Haryanto, Dhanny Kurniawan
Karyono, Kanisius
Hutagalung, Samuel
The mobile indoor robot guidance system is a mobile robot which can assist users to find the desired position or location indoor or inside particular shed where Global Position System (GPS) failed to perform. Robot guidance system has many features in order to make the system useful for all of the users. The type of user who can make use of this system is mostly the disabled user and the user which is unfamiliar with the environment or the map. There is also potential usage inside the shopping mall or the big office spaces with the capability of displaying the advertisement during guidance process. This work deploys robot guidance system using geo-magnetic and Wifi methods for Indoor Positioning System (IPS). Although DC motors can generate interference to the magnetic sensor, the proper shields are adequate for the system. The metal shields for the DC motor can minimize the deviation from 6.41n T or about 16.74% for non-shielding motors to 2.86 n T or about 10.56%. Based on this research, mobile indoor robot guidance system can be implemented using various methods of IPS including geo-magnetic.

Design and Development of Computer Specification Recommendation System Based on User Budget With Genetic Algorithm
Michael, Michael
Winarno, Winarno
There are a lot of things that must be considered when determining specifications of computer components to make sure those components chose are working compatible. According to a survey conducted to 78 respondents, about 72.5% of the respondents prefer to buy a built-up computer. The reason is because of a lack of knowledge of computer components and how to assemble computer properly. This research aimed to develop a recommendation system that able to give recommendation of buying computer based on compatible components to be assembled, with the available budget, so that people who do not know computer components can also buy a assembled computer. The Genetic Algorithm was chosen for making this recommendation system because this Algorithm gives more alternative solutions through the process of crossover and mutation compared to the Greedy Algorithm which doesn’t produce a solution by trying all alternative solution nor Exhaustive Search on Brute Force Algorithm which takes a long time to find optimum solution. The recommendation system of computer components specifications based on the budget available has been successfully developed using Genetic Algorithm and achieved 75.75% user satisfaction.

A Simple Method for Cost Estimating and Controlling
A Simple Method for Cost Estimating and Controlling
Fanny, Fanny
Based on software project survey from Standish Group’s “CHAOS Report”, 29% of software projects in large enterprises can be delivered on time and not over budget, 53% of software project were over budget or had some problem with the schedule, and 18% of software project were failed. This means that cost management is very important to prevent the possibility of project’s failure. Therefore, in this paper, we provide and recommend some methods and technique in order to do cost estimation and cost controlling as the crucial part of project cost management. We recommend Activity-Base Costing method for cost estimation and Earned Value Analysis for cost controlling. As the result of this paper, these two methods can be applied properly to real project and ease the project manager to estimate and control the cost of the project.

Supply Chain Management Implementation on Snacks Production Process
Supply Chain Management Implementation on Snacks Production Process
Choeriyah, Sahara Syarifatul
Setiawan, Eko Budi
PQR’s company is a company that located in Citeureup Tasikmalaya. The company is engaged in the production of snacks such as mie lidi. The production strategy that used by this company is a make to stock. The company organizes activities from upstream to downstream. Activities that occur in the upstream is to procure raw materials to suppliers by purchasing department. However, some problem was found when the purchasing department has difficulty determining the amount of raw material for the procurement process. This is due to uncertain demand from distributors. While the activities in downstream is sending the product to distributor by shipping department. Some problem that occurs in the downstream were shipping department has difficulty to make schedule product shipments because there was a delay in the product delivery process. All problem occurs because there is no system that can manage supply chain information. So, the implementation of supply chain management by using the forecasting method of single moving average and calculation of sale limits of raw material and product inventory using safety stock method, it was expected to provide a solution to this problem.

The Journal Aggregator System Concept Using User Centered Design (UCD) Approach
Journal Aggregator System Concept Using User Centered Design (UCD) Approach
Afrianto, Irawan
Atin, Sufa
Journal as a medium to explain the results of research. It has developed in such a way especially because of the rapid support of information and communication technology today. Various models of online-based journaling management can be easily operated by journals managers as well as writers / researchers who will include research results in the journal. It's just that with the number of journals that exist today, causing difficulties for the manager of journals to be able to promote the journals he managed, in addition to the manager of the journal sometimes difficult to get a researcher who would put his paper into the journal he manages. Meanwhile, with the number of journals that have been online, researchers will find it difficult to get information from the journals. Researchers should open their journal entries, read their profiles and publications, until they are interested to include papers in the journal. This problem is the background of the development of online journals aggregator system, which with this system will facilitate the meeting between journals, journal managers and writers or researchers. In order to develop an online journal aggregator system, a software development method is needed that directly captures the needs of its users. User Centered Design (UCD) is a philosophy in software design that puts users as the center of system development. The UCD approach has been supported by various techniques, methods, tools, procedures, and processes that help design a more user-centered interactive system. With UCD it is expected that the online journals aggregator system can produce a design that will make it easier for its users, both in terms of functionality and from the side of the system interface.

E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. In the development of modules applied Dynamic System Development Method. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. In this study a prototype has been produced for the sales module on agricultural e-commerce that is being developed

Scheduling is a hard problem due to much considerations in many goals. Combination of goals in this scheduling cause the problem hard to solve even when using mathematical techniques. Optimization is a method which aim to achieve the best result with the least cost as possible. Optimization for large scale problem usually done with more modern technic, such as metaheuristic. Genetic Algorithm belongs to a larger system called Evolutionary Algorithm which is often used for solving the best value in optimization problem. Hence, this food stand assignment scheduling is build using Genetic Algorithm with population size of 50, uniform crossover with crossover rate of 0.25, mutation rate of 0.0125, and roulette wheel selection. An interview was conducted with three coordinators of fund and consumtion that results in three constraints used in building this system. Testing is done for three events and achieve mean fitness that is 87.967%, 89.609%, and 85.001% for FesTIval, TechnoFest, and DISCO, respectively.

Employees are an important factor in the progress of a company. Employees with good performance will certainly provide positive results for the company. One that can determine employee performance is the right placement in the job. To find out the right placement in a job, one way can be done psychologically. Psikotes can help to know the nature of an employee and suitable work based on their nature. The construction of a job recommendation application system was created to help prospective employees know their true identity and suitable work so that they can apply according to their expertise. This system is built with the programming language PHP, Javascript, HTML for web-based platforms and the KNN algorithm as the method. The KNN algorithm is used to measure the closest distance between training data and test data to produce job recommendations. Training data is taken from expert, and book references. System trials are given to users by filling in psychological tests and questionnaires regarding the satisfaction of system use. After getting feedback from users, the value of system satisfaction reached 85%. This states that the system can provide job recommendations that are in accordance with the psychological test results of the user.

Development of Heavy Equipment Rental System Using eXtreme Programming Method
Andry, Johanes Fernandes
Many system development consultants nowadays using the XP framework (eXtreme Programming) in software development, This is based on the needs of the era where software can be completed quickly and when user software development is involved. The XP framework does not need too many team members, so it emphasizes effectiveness of work. In software development must begin with good planning to avoid patchwork (software crisis) in software development. The stage in research on the development of rental heavy equipment applications with an XP framework start from planning, designing, coding, testing and releasing software. Studies that do in this research include: literature studies, interviews, observations, document examinations. Next is do the analysis on the application made, and make documentation for system development. That was done as a system analysis and system design in the research. The selection of the right framework at the time of application development is very important, so that the application can be completed on time. The XP framework focuses more on making programs, the system design is enough with the CRC (Class Responsibility Collaborator). In the framework of XP, it always involves users during application development. Each module made by programmers that always tested by the system test section, so the applications that are made can be completed on time, suitable with user needs, and have high quality.

Identification of Authenticity and Nominal Value of Indonesia Banknotes Using Fuzzy KNearest Neighbor Method
Identification of Authenticity and Nominal Value of Indonesia Banknotes Using Fuzzy KNearest Neighbor Method
Ramadhan, Ricky
Sari, Jayanti Yusmah
Ningrum, Ika Purwanti
The existence of counterfeit money is often troubling the public. The solution given by the government to be careful of counterfeit money is by means of 3D (seen, touched and looked at). However, this step has not been perfectly able to distinguish real money and fake money. So there is a need for a system to help detect the authenticity of money. Therefore, in this study a system was designed that can detect the authenticity of rupiah and its nominal value. For data acquisition, this system uses detection boxes, ultraviolet lights and smartphone cameras. As for feature extraction, this system uses segmentation methods. The segmentation method based on the threshold value is used to obtain an invisible ink pattern which is a characteristic of real money along with the nominal value of the money. The feature is then used in the stage of detection of money authenticity using FKNN (Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor) method. From 24 test data, obtained an average accuracy of 96%. This shows that the system built can detect the authenticity and nominal value of the rupiah well.
Keberadaan uang palsu kerap kali meresahkan masyarakat.

The Use of Color Gradation on Program Visualization for Learning Programming
The Use of Color Gradation on Program Visualization for Learning Programming
Nathasya, Rossevine Artha
Karnalim, Oscar
According to several works, Program Visualization (PV) enhances student understanding further about how a particular program works. However, to our knowledge, no PVs utilize color gradation as a part of their features, even though color plays an important role in visualization. Therefore, two uses of color gradation on PV are proposed on this paper. On the one hand, color gradation can be used to display execution frequency of each instruction; instruction with higher execution frequency will be assigned with more-prominent color. Such piece of information is expected to help student for understanding program complexity. On the other hand, color gradation can also be used to display access frequency of each variable; variable with higher access frequency will be assigned with more-prominent color. Such piece of information is expected to help student for understanding program-to-variable dependency. Both uses are proved to be effective for learning programming according to our evaluation.

Project management practice used many tools to support the process of recording and tracking data generated along the whole project. Project analytics provide deeper insights to be used on decision making. To conduct project analytics, one should explore the tools and techniques required. The mostcommon tool is Microsoft Excel. Its simplicity and flexibility make project manager or project team members can utilize it to do almost any kind of activities. We combine MS Excel with R Studio to brought data analytics into the project management process. While the data input process still using the old way that the project manager already familiar, the analytic engine could extract data from it and create visualization of needed parameters in a single output report file. This kind of approach deliver a low cost solution of project analytics for the organization. We can implement it with relatively low cost technology onone side, some of them are free, while maintaining the simple way of data generation process. This solution can also be proposed to improve project management process maturity level to the next stage, like CMMI level 4 that promote project analytics.

Physical ID card has been use throughout history and are still widely use today. However, suchphysical characteristic leads to three drawbacks. First, it is not environmentally friendly due to printed materials. Second, Physical ID card requires the need for management and physical storage, prone to damage and lost. Third, information inside a physical ID card limited and cannot be updated. This paper proposes the use of digital ID card in the form of a mobile application as a substitute to physical ID card. A survey is conducted to evaluate the use of these digital ID card. It is then concluded that digital ID card can counter the downside of physical ID card and even provides features to enhance its role such as being a portal for information.

Among many pathfinding algorithms, A* search algorithm is an algorithm that most commonly used in grid-based pathfinding. This is due to implementation of A* search which proven to be able to generate the optimal path in a relatively short time by combining two characteristics of Djikstra's and best-first search algorithm. In the implementation of A* search, the selection of heuristic function and data structure can affect the performance of the algorithm. The purpose of this research is to find the best heuristic function and data structure with regards of the performance in A* search implementation as a pathfinding algorithm in a 3D platform. In the experiment, some known heuristic functions and data structures will be tested on the various 3D platform with a different size and obstacle percentage. Based on experiment that have been done, euclidean squared distance is best heuristic function for 3D pathfinding problem, with regards of the implementation performance. In addition, we also found that binary heap is the best data structure to be implemented for 3D pathfinding problem, with regards of implementation performance.

Naïve Bayes Anomaly Detection System Design On Openflow Network
Edbertus, Nehemia
Hutagalung, Samuel
Nugroho, Hargyo Tri
One of the generally launched attacks is Distributed Denial of Service that renders its target unable to provide its service. Gaussian Naïve Bayes Classifier is one out of several techniques used in detecting those attacks by classifying network traffic in a window as an attack or a normal traffic based on normal distribution previously calculated from normal and attack traffic datasets. This research focuses on mitigating SYN Flood Type DDoS attacks on OpenFlow Network using Zodiac FX as a switch. The developed system utilizes OpenFlow Protocol to apply flow rule in switch’s flow table in order to detect and mitigate SYN Flood attacks in real-time. Applied mitigation procedure is to divert incoming packets into SYN Proxy so that only legitimate TCP packets are able to reach the server. The results show that the system has a bandwidth of up to 60Mbps under normal condition and 5,03Mbps under attack. Maximum malicious packets that could reach server before it is diverted to SYN Proxy is estimated to be 400 packets and not affected by the number of attacks, assuming that the flow rule sent by the controller are enacted immediately.

Is Co-working Increase Survivability? Study on how Collaborating and Networking Facilitates Open Innovation Process for Startups
Lestari, Elissa Dwi
Startups, as they are bounded to their liabilities of newness and smallness, need to collaborate extensively with their external partners through the open innovation process. This study aims to depict Co-working space's pivotal role in building up a working innovation ecosystem that facilitates open innovation for startups. To get a more deep understanding of the phenomena, this study used an exploratory study based on three case studies of Co-working spaces operated in the Jakarta region. The study shows that the open innovation process among startups is not naturally existed, but instead, it is purposefully designed by the role of a community manager who acts as the ecosystem catalyst. The community manager becomes the ecosystem enablers that facilitate the networking process by connecting members. As a result, these activities will help the emerging of mutual connection and collaboration processes among members that empower open innovation among startups members. The multiple-case design makes the study conclusions might be difficult to generalize. Future research, including quantitative studies, will help the conclusions examination and the knowledge enrichment of start-ups' open innovation process. This paper will enrich the knowledge concerning how Co-working spaces member seizing opportunities that lead to the open innovation process.

The desire to have a dream house makes people consider of the criteria of the house they will be lived. Many developers offer a variety of house alternatives ranging from price, location, design, building area and land area. Customers are pleased to choose their dream house as their desired. Based on that situation, this research is conduct to create a web-bases application for home selection that consider the useful criteria to help consumers choose a decent home by using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The TOPSIS method has the concept that the best alternative has the shortest distance from a positive ideal solution and also has the farthest distance from a negative ideal solution. This TOPSIS method is applied to provide recommendations on the choice of home decisions in the South Tangerang area based on predetermined criteria. The results obtained in the TOPSIS calculation are the housing recommendations that are closest to the value of the calculation result.

A Comparison of Traditional Machine Learning Approaches for Supervised Feedback Classification in Bahasa Indonesia
A Comparison of Traditional Machine Learning Approaches for Supervised Feedback Classification in Bahasa Indonesia

The advancement of machine learning and natural language processing techniques hold essential opportunities to improve the existing software engineering activities, including the requirements engineering activity. Instead of manually reading all submitted user feedback to understand the evolving requirements of their product, developers could use the help of an automatic text classification program to reduce the required effort. Many supervised machine learning approaches have already been used in many fields of text classification and show promising results in terms of performance. This paper aims to implement NLP techniques for the basic text preprocessing, which then are followed by traditional (non-deep learning) machine learning classification algorithms, which are the Logistics Regression, Decision Tree, Multinomial Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors, Linear SVC, and Random Forest classifier. Finally, the performance of each algorithm to classify the feedback in our dataset into several categories is evaluated using three F1 Score metrics, the macro-, micro-, and weighted-average F1 Score. Results show that generally, Logistics Regression is the most suitable classifier in most cases, followed by Linear SVC. However, the performance gap is not large, and with different configurations and requirements, other classifiers could perform equally or even better.

The integration of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) into the air traffic management will be very demanding. Surveillance equipments based on Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) contribute a significant role for maintaining separations between both UAS and aircraft in order to maintain the requirements of aviation safety and airspace integrity. Performance analysis of ADS-B equipments related to signal quality and potential Electromagnetic/Radio Frequency Interference is very important to mitigate the failure risk in air traffic management. This paper discuss performance test analysis of ADS-B based surveillance equipments related to the most importance performance parameter namely the continuous reception of messages in terms of message drops and probability of update interval message receptions. Another performance test related to electromagnetic emission of ADS-B based surveillance equipments is conducted in order to mitigate potential RF interferences.

Wi-Fi based Indoor Localization for Location-based Smart Notification
Indoor Positioning berbasis Wi-Fi untuk Notifikasi Pintar Berbasis Lokasi
Halim, Dareen
Rusli, Andre
Indoor localization has been researched widely in the recent two decades due to its wide range of applications such as navigation, elder care, advertising. This work presents a utilization of indoor positioning for a location-based smart notification purposed, deployed in a meeting room booking application. Our localization method is based on Wi-Fi fingerprint, tailored to our application needs to alleviate the drawback of its tedious offline phase. The initial implementation is done with limited number of recorded locations. The testing shows that the meeting room booking application works well, with the localization detecting user’s location correctly aside from when poor signal condition occurs.

MeDict: Health Dictionary Application Using Damerau-Levenshtein Distance Algorithm
Clarissa, Wiwi
Putri, Farica Perdana
Typographical error often happens. It can occur due to mechanical errors or missed hands or fingers when typing. Someone's ignorance of how to spell correctly also can cause typographical errors. Dictionary application development has been carried out by various parties so that the searching process in the dictionary becomes more efficient. However, there is no word search optimization when the typographical error happens. Typographical errors in the searching process can result in the information sought cannot be found. The Damerau-Levenshtein Distance algorithm implemented to provide search suggestions when a typographical error occurs. This research aims to design and build a health dictionary application, MeDict, using the Damerau-Levenshtein Distance algorithm. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) used to evaluate the application. The result is 86.2% stating strongly agree that the application can be useful and 86.9% stating strongly agree that the application can be used easily.

This research was conducted to find out whether the Dynamic Scripting method that has been used before only on zeus characters can be generalized to be used on other characters on the Dota 2 game. Dynamic scripting works by using the rulebase where the rulebase contains actions that determine the actions performed by Artificial Intelligence (AI). In addition, some adjustments have been made to existing methods. To find out whether the performance of a generalized and adjusted model is better than the previous model, a test has been conducted where AI is made with dynamic scripting against AI provided by the valve in the Dota 2 game. In addition, AI has also been tested against humans. Then the performance of AI will be analyzed by comparing the winning ratio and several other supporting variables. The results of this study are that AI got a low winning percentage against standard AI and cannot win at all and give poor performance against humans. It can be concluded that the Dynamic Scripting method cannot be generalized to other characters in the Dota 2 game.

You Are What You Sing: Folksong Tone Pattern Feature Correlation to Geographical Distance with Gabor Filter and OLS Linear Regression
You Are What You Sing: Folksong tone pattern feature correlation to geographical distance with Gabor filter and OLS linear regression
Kuanca, Jason
Cultural diffusion occurs. This is evidenced by the existence of cultural heritage artifacts. There are many types of artifacts, tangible or intangible. Folksongs are one of the intangible cultural artifacts. Songs have tone, tone patterns are a unique feature of a song. Regional province songs are the identity of each region, because songs are images of the culture of an area. This study uses folk songs from each province in Indonesia which are extracted features by applying Gabor filters and then differences in output and geographical distance are put into linear regression. The results show that the tone pattern feature have a correlation relationship with the distance between regions throughout Indonesia. When observing the scope per large island, there is also correlation between the number of tone patterns with the distance of province. However, this has less confidence result for Sumatra island.

Data Visualization And Sales Prediction of PD. Asia Agung (Ajinomoto) Pontianak in 2019
Data Visualization And Sales Prediction of PD. Asia Agung (Ajinomoto) Pontianak in 2019
Yunus, Willy
Desanti, Ririn Ikana
Wella, Wella
PD. Asia Agung Pontianak is the only official distributor of Ajinomoto in the West Kalimantan region. Every year this company needs to find out the amount of turnover that will be obtained in the coming year. Unfortunately, the company only makes predictions using the average income from each year which is very less accurate. This research is conduct to create visualizations and predictions using multiple linear regression methods to predict the turnover obtained in the coming year. Multiple linear regression is a regression analysis method that can use more than 2 variables in the prediction process which is divided into 2 parts, namely the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results obtained in this research are prediction results in 2019 using data from 2010 to 2018 as a basis. Prediction results show that the longer the data used the smaller the error rate obtained. The original data from the company is visualized using a dashboard on tableau software so that the data could be easier to analyze by the company.

The Right Sentiment Analysis Method of Indonesian Tourism in Social Media Twitter
Steven, Cristian
Wella, Wella
The growth of social media is changing the way humans communicate with each other, many people use social media such as Twitter to express opinions, experiences and other things that concern them, where things like this are often referred to as sentiments. The concept of social media is now the focus of business people to find out people's sentiments about a product or place that will become a business. Sentiment Analysis or often also called opinion mining is a computational study of people's opinions, appraisal, and emotions through entities, events and attributes owned. Sentiment analysis itself has recently become a popular topic for research because sentiment analysis can be applied in many industrial sectors, one of which is the tourism industry in Indonesia. To be able to do a sentiment analysis requires mastery of several techniques such as techniques for doing text mining, machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) to be able to process large and unstructured data coming from social media. Some methods that are often used include Naive Bayes, Neural Networks, K-Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machines, and Decision Tree. Because of this, this research will compare these four algorithms so that an algorithm can be used to analyze people's sentiments towards the city of Bali.

Student Seating Position and Their Academic Performance in Computer Science Major
Kurniawati, Gisela
Karnalim, Oscar
Budi, Setia
A number of studies regarding the correlation between student seating position and their academic performance have been conducted. However, only a few of them focusing on computer science major, which is argued to be unique in terms of teaching style and classroom layout; as the discipline puts more emphasise on hands on activity like programming, system and network configuration. Further, among those works focusing on that major, none of them specifically address undergraduate students. This paper presents an observational study involving 426 computer science undergraduate students. The study covers student activity over one academic semester. A questionnaire survey measuring student awareness about that correlation in their seating preference was also performed, with 126 students as the respondents. In general, the correlation only exists on some circumstances like student major and lecture time. Further, the seating preference can be driven by the awareness of that correlation with some motivating factors like friends, whiteboard position, and personal habit. Per occasion, it is suggested to analyse the class circumstances and the student motivating factors prior performing further actions.

Santoso, Dian Budi
Krisnaputra, Radhian
The Covid-19 pandemic condition that has hit the world has had a significant impact on various sectors. Health facilities need information system support in their services. Breaking the distribution chain can be done by maintaining a physical distance. However, in reality, people are still indifferent. There is a possibility that the patient is infected but shows no symptoms or is lying to the point of endangering medical personnel. In addition, there is a stigma in the community so that they are afraid to go to health facilities. Even though it cannot be denied that in certain conditions patients should still have their conditions checked by a doctor. The development of this online registration system aims to reduce the risk of contact between patients and medical personnel. The real-time queue monitoring feature helps patients to wait in line anywhere, so they are not in the patient's waiting room. This system is able to provide real-time queues for examinations in all polyclinics. This can reduce public anxiety about coming to health facilities.
Index Terms— Covid-19; Health Facilities; Online Reservation; Pandemic; Realtime Queues

Halim, Lionel Reinhart
Suryadibrata, Alethea
Depression and social anxiety are the two main negative impacts of cyberbullying. Unfortunately, a survey conducted by UNICEF on 3rd September 2019 showed that 1 in 3 young people in 30 countries had been victims of cyberbullying. Sentiment analysis research will be conducted to detect a comment that contains cyberbullying. Dataset of cyberbullying is obtained from the Kaggle website, named, Toxic Comment Classification Challenge. The pre-processing process consists of 4 stages, namely comment generalization (convert text into lowercase and remove punctuation), tokenization, stop words removal, and lemmatization. Word Embedding will be used to conduct sentiment analysis by implementing Word2Vec. After that, One-Against-All (OAA) method with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model will be used to make predictions in the form of multi labelling. The SVM model will go through a hyperparameter tuning process using Randomized Search CV. Then, evaluation will be carried out using Micro Averaged F1 Score to assess the prediction accuracy and Hamming Loss to assess the numbers of pairs of sample and label that are incorrectly classified. Implementation result of Word2Vec and OAA SVM model provide the best result for the data undergoing the process of pre-processing using comment generalization, tokenization, stop words removal, and lemmatization which is stored into 100 features in Word2Vec model. Micro Averaged F1 and Hamming Loss percentage that is produced by the tuned model is 83.40% and 15.13% respectively.

Ultraviolet – C Dose Spread Simulation based on the Fixed-Lamp System in Universitas Multimedia Nusantara
Saputri, Fahmy Rinanda
Prastomo, Niki
Wijaya, Jeremy Pratama
Since Corona Virus Disease (COVID) – 19 is considered a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), governments, and communities, worldwide trying to prevent transmission and reduce the number of deaths caused by the virus. One method of preventing transmission is spraying disinfectants using certain chemical compounds. However, chemicals can also hurt the environment and humans themselves if the doses used are not by existing standards. An alternative disinfectant method that does not use chemicals and is environmentally friendly, namely by using the UV (Ultraviolet)-decontamination method, UV-C rays. This research aims to find out the results of UV irradiation from UV-C lamps in theory and measurement. Then, the optimal placement of a fixed - UV lamp system to obtain an effective disinfectant dose and the length of time it takes to reach the target dose prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The methods include theoretical calculations and data measurements to see the results of UV radiation irradiation on UV-C lamps and look for correlations between the two to find the conversion value. Moreover, with the help of DIALux Evo 9.2 software to find out the radiation value from the conversion equation, see the optimum UV dose spread, and reach the desired dose target time. The result is that there are differences in the results of UV irradiation on UV-C lamps with the efficiency of lamps and ballasts as well as on the measurement method that affects UV-C radiation, but according to field conditions and does not affect the actual application. The number of lamp placements and the dimensions of the room affects the dose spread. Moreover, the minimum time to achieve the target dose in the case study is 29 minutes using six placements of UV-C lamps with two lamps each at the six placement points.

Widjaja, Andree Emmanuel
Fire is a type of disaster that can occur anytime and anywhere as a result of any accidental or intentional causes. Without exception, houses are also very vulnerable to fire. To anticipate the catastrophic effects of fire that can destroy houses, advanced technology, such as the Internet of Things (IoT) can be utilized to detect the smoke and fire. This study aims to design an early warning fire detection system for home monitoring using smoke detection sensors based on Arduino microcontroller together with NodeMCU ESP8266. This early warning fire detection system is expected to function by notifying homeowners when detecting the presence of smoke in their homes. With the aid of this detection system, the issue of potential damage, death, or material loss caused by fire can be significantly reduced. The results and testing of the designed system will be discussed in the paper.

Application Of Dynamic Segmentation In Stroke Detection Software With ANN
Audytra, Hastie
Supardi, Julian
Abdiansah, Abdiansah
One way to find out whether there is a stroke is to do a CT scan . But the results of the examination with a new CT scan can be obtained in quite a long time. In addition, sometimes there are differences of opinion between doctors and radiologists regarding what is seen from the results of the examination. This research was conducted to produce a software that can later be integrated with the existing system on the CT Scan tool so that it can immediately be known whether or not stroke is present from the CT Scan results. In this study, a dynamic image segmentation method is implemented, namely the watershed transformation method which will later produce regions as a feature for the stroke detection process carried out with the backpropagation algorithm. From experiments conducted on CT scan images of the brain, this method can detect stroke well. The results obtained are 100% for training data and 90% for test data.
