Penggunaan Simple Additive Weighting Dalam Pengembangan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Penentuan Bonus Karyawan

Abstract

Employees are important for the company that has become one of the determinants of the company's progress. PT Adiperkasa Anugrah Pratama is a company engaged in manufacturing which gives bonuses to employees as a form of appreciation, but in determining the employee’s bonuses, they  have no precise calculation, and the potential subjectivity is very high which can lead to employee’s dissatisfaction. This research is conducted by using simple additive weighting (saw) method which is able to find the best alternative to determine the amount of employee bonus, by finding value for job, position, departmental function and performance as reference in bonus calculation, and ranking process that will determine the solution and the optimal alternative. Application design is object-oriented using Unified Modeling Language (UML) which is implemented in PHP programming language with sublime text 3 and making database on MySQL. The result of this study is a supportive system that can assist the management in determining the bonus amount of the employees.
