Ultima Management : Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen is a Journal of management study program at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara This Journal publishes peer-reviewed articles on the aspect of management. It aims to provide insights and perspectives for scholars, educators, students, practitioners, policy-makers and decision-makers on marketing management, operation management, financial management, human resource management, entrepreneurship and other areas related with management. Ultima Management journal is published by the Faculty of Business, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara and is published twice a year (June and December)
