Article Processing Charge Announcement

We would like to inform all authors that UltimaComm: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi, accredited SINTA 3, will apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 750,000 for manuscripts accepted for publication, starting from the December 2026 issue.

The APC will only be charged after the manuscript has completed the peer-review process and has been officially accepted by the Editorial Team. This policy is implemented to support the sustainability, publication process, digital archiving, website maintenance, and continuous quality improvement of the journal.

Payment of the APC does not affect the editorial decision and does not guarantee manuscript acceptance.

    Ultimacomm: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi invites scholars and researchers from various disciplines to contribute to disseminating their research results in our journal. We require authors to follow the Author Guidelines for more details on paper format.

    Furthermore, we only accept articles in English. All papers must be submitted through the Online Submission system using OJS or our website. We would like to thank the many people who have submitted their articles.

We want to underline that Ultimacomm: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi has never published Letters of Acceptance (LoA) and Letters of Submission (LoS) without notification or consideration from our Editors (according to what is on the Editorial Board).
