Article Processing Charge (APC)

Ultima InfoSys: Jurnal Ilmu Sistem Informasi applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to help cover the costs of editorial management, peer review administration, copyediting, layout, DOI registration, online hosting, and long-term digital archiving.

APC Amount

APC per accepted article: IDR 750,000.00 for online publication

When Is the APC Charged?

• The APC is charged only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
• The journal does not charge any submission or review fees.

Payment Method

Payment must be made by bank transfer to the journal’s official account. Detailed payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author after the manuscript has been accepted.
Authors must include the manuscript ID and the corresponding author’s name in the payment reference, and submit proof of payment as instructed by the editorial office or by email to ultimainfosys@umn.ac.id.

Important Notes

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s focus and scope. Editors and reviewers are not informed of whether an author has requested a waiver or is able to pay.
