Ultima Management: Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen (p-ISSN: 2549-404X, p-ISSN: 2085-4587) is legally and fully owned by Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN), a prominent private higher education institution operating under the Yayasan Multimedia Nusantara (a member of the Kompas Gramedia Group). The journal was established as an official scholarly platform to disseminate cutting-edge research in strategic management, human resources, finance, marketing, and business technology.

2. Managing Institution

Operationally, the management, editorial workflows, and publishing policies of Ultima Management are independently handled by the Management Department, Faculty of Business, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. The entire process of manuscript submission, peer-review coordination, layout design, and digital publication is managed centrally by the Ultima Management Editorial Board, supported by the university's IT infrastructure.

3. Organizational Sustainability and Funding

Ultima Management is fully funded and institutionally sustained by the internal annual operational budget of Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. This financial backing covers the provision of OJS server infrastructure, accreditation quality assurance costs, editorial management honoraria, and continuous administrative support. This funding model guarantees that the journal operates professionally, consistently, and independently, free from any third-party commercial intervention that could compromise the scientific integrity of published works.
